How we work
Chantes Cleaning was built to do it right. No shortcuts. No rushing through to get to the next job. We clean every home the way we'd want our own cleaned.
Park Slope brownstones and DUMBO lofts in Brooklyn. Pre-war apartments on the Upper West and Upper East Sides. High-rise condos in Long Island City. Every client, the same standard.
Seven days a week, 9 AM to 5 PM. English and Spanish. We confirm the day before and text when we're on the way.
A few things that matter to us.
We speak your language
English or Spanish, whatever's easier for you. Quotes, scheduling, follow-ups, all in the language you prefer.
We check the spots you'd check
Baseboards, vents, behind the fridge, inside cabinet frames. If we wouldn't be happy with it in our own home, we redo it.
We show up when we say we will
We confirm the day before and text when we're on the way. If something comes up, you'll hear from us, not silence.
We don't rush to the next job
Baseboards, inside cabinet frames, door frames, light fixtures: if we'd notice it in our own place, we clean it in yours. We're done when it's actually done.
