Move-In / Move-Out

Apartments and brownstones change hands constantly. Moving out, the place needs to be ready for the landlord inspection. Moving in, you don't want to unpack into someone else's mess. We handle both.

We clean inside every cabinet and closet, all appliances, light fixtures, window sills, baseboards, and all floors. Everything a landlord or property manager will look at during a walkthrough.

We work with tight timelines and can fit the clean between the movers leaving and the walkthrough the same day. We also coordinate directly with property managers and real estate agents.

Tenants want the deposit back. Landlords need the unit ready for the next renter. Buyers want a clean start. It comes down to the same thing: leave nothing for the next person to notice. Empty cabinets, clean appliances, walls wiped down where they need it, and floors done last so the place looks handed over, not just tidied.

We offer move-in / move-out in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
