A Todt Hill house and a Tottenville house are not the same job. Up on the hill we work in large detached homes with stone and hardwood, several full bathrooms, and rooms that get used once a month and still collect dust. Down on the south shore, in Annadale, Huguenot, and Great Kills, the homes are family houses with basements, garages, and back decks, where the kitchen and the bathrooms carry the real load.
Because Staten Island homes are larger, many clients here book a seasonal top-to-bottom clean instead of a weekly visit: baseboards, interior windows, inside cabinets, appliances pulled out, and the basement included. Others keep us on a monthly rotation for the main floors and add the rest twice a year. We also get a steady stream of post-renovation cleanup, which on the island usually means a finished basement or a kitchen that just came out of construction.
We cover Todt Hill, Great Kills, Tottenville, St. George, Annadale, and Huguenot, from the ferry terminal down to the south shore. We arrive with our own products and equipment, so you do not need to have anything ready. If your neighborhood is not listed, ask — we cross the whole island.
