Post-Construction

Renovations are everywhere in the city: gut kitchen remodels, full floor renovations, bathroom overhauls. Drywall dust gets into everything, the vents, the fixtures, behind outlet covers. Paint overspray, caulk smears, adhesive residue. A residential cleaning crew won't handle this.

We work with contractors, landlords, and homeowners across the city. Single-unit renovations or multi-floor brownstone gut jobs both get the detail work that makes the space actually move-in ready.

It's typically a two-pass job: first we clear debris and heavy dust, then we go back through every surface, fixture, and finish. The goal is a space ready for people to actually live in, not just 'swept.'

Fine construction dust keeps settling for days after the work stops, which is why the two-pass approach matters. If we cleaned it all in one go, you'd see a film again by the next morning. We time the final pass so the space stays clean once we hand it back.

We offer post-construction in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
