The Bronx asks for a different kind of visit than an apartment does. A Fieldston or Riverdale house can run three floors with a finished basement, original woodwork, and four or five bathrooms. A Throggs Neck or Pelham Bay two-family has its own rhythm: two kitchens, two sets of stairs, and a basement that almost never gets cleaned properly. We walk the whole house before we quote, so the number you get covers what is actually there.
Recurring service works well here because square footage adds up fast. Families in Morris Park and Pelham Bay keep us on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule for kitchens, bathrooms, and floors, and add the basement or the finished attic a few times a year. In Mott Haven we clean converted industrial buildings and newer rental apartments, where the work looks closer to what we do in Brooklyn.
We cover Riverdale, Fieldston, Throggs Neck, Morris Park, Mott Haven, and Pelham Bay. If your street is not on the list, ask anyway — the Bronx is large and we are usually closer than you think.
