Booking and cancellation
Appointments are confirmed once acknowledged by our team. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available at no charge with adequate notice.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed in your quote or booking confirmation. Specific payment methods and any deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.
Insurance and liability
Chantes Cleaning Services Corp is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during a cleaning, please report it within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly. Liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
Client responsibilities

- Secure or remove valuables and fragile items before service
- Ensure pets are secured if necessary
